By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered through the phph8 platform at phph8.ws (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with the phph8 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules that may apply to individual products on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the phph8 Platform and, if applicable, close your phph8 account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and use phph8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you place a wager or access gaming services.
• You are not accessing phph8 from any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or specific national prohibitions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of phph8, its affiliates, or any of its licensed game providers, where such association creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had a phph8 account suspended, terminated, or closed for cause.

phph8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

To access real-money gaming on phph8, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. phph8 employs identity-matching and device-fingerprinting systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are discovered:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended.
• Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated under bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• phph8 reserves the right to consolidate account balances and apply administrative fees where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phph8 login credentials. You agree to notify phph8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting support at [email protected]. phph8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

phph8 reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

phph8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, BTC, and ETH. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by phph8 without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phph8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the source where technically feasible, and the account may be flagged for review. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification as required by phph8's compliance framework.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• phph8 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at the point of request. Processing times vary by payment method.
• phph8 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawals exceeding specified threshold amounts.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where phph8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Cryptocurrency Transactions: Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction. phph8 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, network congestion fees, or transaction delays attributable to blockchain network conditions.

phph8 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are valid for one use per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts or devices is prohibited.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire after a specified validity period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first by default unless stated otherwise in promotion terms.
• phph8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings where it reasonably determines that the bonus was obtained or used in bad faith, through exploitation of a system error, or in violation of these Terms.

All games offered on the phph8 platform operate under their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

phph8 offers games in the following categories: live casino (baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, roulette, Sic Bo), slot games, crash games, bingo, and sports betting. Each category operates under distinct rules frameworks:

• RNG Games (Slots, Crash, Bingo): Outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All RNG-based games on phph8 use technology certified by independent testing laboratories. phph8 does not manipulate RNG outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phph8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, chargebacks, or identity fraud.
• Money laundering — using phph8 as a vehicle for processing proceeds of crime, in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer table games or sports betting pools.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without phph8's express prior written approval.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or odds errors for financial gain. phph8 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.
• Abuse of bonuses — creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating with others to claim bonuses outside their intended scope.
• Unauthorized access — attempting to access any part of the phph8 platform, servers, or data outside your authorized account permissions.
• Harassment — abusing, threatening, or harassing phph8 staff or other players via any communication channel connected to the platform.

phph8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. phph8 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phph8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any phph8 content.
• Use phph8 trademarks, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any phph8 software or game platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the phph8 website on another website or application.

Any unauthorized use of phph8 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phph8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain login security.
• Losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside phph8's direct control.
• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate game odds or information displayed due to a technical error, where phph8 takes corrective action in accordance with these Terms.
• Any indirect financial loss, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages related to gaming outcomes.

phph8's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your phph8 account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits phph8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by phph8's direct actions, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

phph8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for a phph8 account, you consent to phph8's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by phph8 is used for the following primary purposes: identity verification, fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, processing transactions, providing customer support, and delivering personalized gaming experiences where applicable. phph8 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the phph8 Platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with your use of the phph8 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phph8 relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. phph8 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR where appropriate.
